Eggs for Brunch

"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day."

How else has hear that before? *Raises hands and legs*
I hate to admit it, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I personally can't eat food as soon as I wake up. I have to wait at least thirty minutes or so to eat. So usually my breakfast is a cup of oatmeal, which is not bad, it helps start my digestive system.

Then I let that settle while I run errands with my mom, after we come home from the groceries (or whatever we are doing) to make brunch, which is a actual breakfast during lunch time.

So I have decided to share one of my absolute favorite breakfast meals, because no lie I am very curious to what people eat for breakfast, is that weird?

Well here it is:


Consist of two breads topped with avocado,
on top of the avocado you have the sunny-side up egg,
with a bit of pepper sprinkled on the top. 

I do usually get full with this. 

Yet there is times when I can eat a whole refrigerator,
so I add one of  my snacks!

Banana and PB.
I added the PB in the middle of two banana slices,
to create mini sandwiches.

Voila!

Also I usually drink a tea with my brunchfast,
but I think I got lazy so I stuck with water.

So there you go!

By the way, I don't always eat this, I sometimes switch it up and eat a breakfast torta or I go buy myself some pancakes. It all depends what I have time for in my morning. This was just a quick post that was inspired by the very gorgeous Pinterest bloggers that encourage me to eat a tad healthier!
