Hi!

Welcome back to the blog.

Last weekend I drove over to Austin where my sister and brother-in-law now live.

Must admit, it's a beautiful place.

Here's a bunch of pictures from our weekend!

Either I was really hungry or these tacos were the best.

We had to take Danna to see the Graffiti Wall.

If you are ever in Austin, you must visit this wall.

Literally we had to climb to the top
and I was so scared I was going to slip and drag everybody behind me down.

Nothing can beat this view plus you can see the Capitol.

The climb up and down was the work-out of the week.

It was bitter-sweet leaving, because I was leaving a little piece of my heart behind:

my sister and brother-in-law.

Yet, I know I will be back and live more memories.

It's a possibility we might be taking Danna kayaking next!!

How to Make a Homeade Acai Bowl

Hiiiiii there! Welcome to my blog!

SO, I recently bought the acai frozen smoothie packages to do my own acai bowls at home, because sometimes I be craving an acai bowl and either
A. I don't have money
B. I crave them too often
OR
C. I am too lazy to drive for one at times.

BUT FIRST I want to give a big shout-out to Juice Girl, Nourish and Tout Suite, because that is where I would buy my acai bowls. They usually range around $9 to $11 dollars, but they are the bomb-dot-com! AND not just because I can make my own acai bowls means I am going to completely forget about these locations, because they are still amazing at doing these delicious treats.

Now let me teach you how I do my homemade acai bowl.

First, gather all your ingredientes!

One acai package. (I buy mine from Sprouts, 4-packages for $8)
Any liquid of your choosing. (I use Almond Milk)
Frozen Mixed Berries. (Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries)
One Banana.

Now, run your acai package under water so it won't be so hard to blend.

Once you can break it into three parts put those in the blender along with 1/4 cup of the liquid you wish, the banana and a handful of the mixed berries. Then blend it all together.

Once that is D-O-N-E, pour it into a bowl, cup or whatever container you wanna and add the toppings.

My toppings are usually granola, strawberries, banana and honey.

Get creative and decorate your acai bowl with whatever toppings you want!

By the way one acai package can make two acai bowls, so don't be greedy and share.

Or be greedy and eat it all by yourself, I mean it's good for your digestive system and healthy.

Best-Friend Date

Hi beautiful human, welcome to my blog AND I believe today is October 31st soooo
Happy Halloween!!! (if you celebrate)

Anyway, before Halloween night begins, which I yet have no idea what I am going to do, since it's a Monday and I work. I wanted to post a Day-in-my-Life, because when I am not working, sitting down doing schoolwork or taking naps, I do go out to the world.

I do believe this is not the last nor the first post I will feature my best-friend in, but when I do go out, I usually go out with her, because she is my only friend. (no shame!)

Time to get a TAD corny, because well, it happens.

Okay so the chick right down there in the pictures with me is my best-friend. She tend to be more than that since we have been together since I was eleven and she was twelve. We weren't always peaches and flowers, we had our "arguments and problems", (but that is for another post, perhaps later on in the future). She's my Human-Diary, I have no filter with her. She knows what I even struggle to figure out about myself at times.

I love her to much and she knows way to much to ever leave me.

So Daris if you reading this, you is stuck with me, sorry not sorry. Haha!
