Cream Cheese Frosting
1:11:00 AM
Okay! In late February, I went to brunch with my sister and we got this cupcake for dessert. Well, let me tell you, the frosting was top-knot the most amazing thing ever! So we decided to google this frosting, it turned out to be a cream cheese frosting and I decided to try to make it.
(By the way, you can easily google this recipe, but you are already here so might as well give it to you.)
You will need: 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter, slightly soften. 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese. 2 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract. 4 to 4 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar (sifted)
After that you mix one item at a time. Don't stick everything in a bowl and began mixing because believe me, cream cheese and butter are a little bit hard to mix.

Added the Vanilla Extract.
Then I sifted one cup of sugar at a time into the mixture.
Once I finish adding the sugar, I decided to use a electric mixer to smooth everything out.
Yes, my kitchen was a BIG SUGARY MESS. Don't worry I cleaned everything and washed the dishes.
By the way, I only used four cups of sugar and it was good enough for me, but make sure you taste it in case you want to add the extra 1/2 cup.

And TAAA-DAAA!!! Frosted the cupcakes and added a bit of sprinkles as a extra decor.
The cupcakes being delicious models.
The Frosting was delicious, even though I would have like it better if it would have turned out a bit more thick, but other than that it was an A plus.
My favorite cupcake, because star sprinkles!!
Well, hope you tried the frosting recipe out and if you do tell me how yours turned out!
