How I Edit My Instagram Photos

7:51:00 PM

We are all fans of editing pictures, whether it's deleting a few pimple or scars from a selfie or blurring out the background so the focus is on a simple object or bumping up the saturation to make the color pop.

In my case, I like to edit picture to give them a bit of a vintage/grunge vibe. If you have seen my Instagram you might noticed what I am talking about.

SO if you are interested in how I edit my pictures, keep on reading little one.

The only app I use for my picture editing is VSCOCAM which is completely free.
(btw I have a Apple device so I don't know if this is available in a Android device)

When you open the app it will look something like this:

So let's get on with the tutorial, to add a picture you must click the + sign on top.

I choose the picture of my salad from the other night. After you choose your picture you will click on the paintbrush tool box thingy and different kind of filters will pop up.

I usually use T1, but I lower the filter down by double clicking the filter box.

I usually lower it between 6-8, but you can do it to your liking. After than you are going to click the check mark and then click on the other tool box thingy.

After that a-lot of effects are going to appear.
The ones I use the most is Exposure, Contrast and Saturation.

When it comes to Exposure which is the little sun thing. I like to lower it or visa versa depending on the picture.

Then I move on to the Contrast which is the circle that is half-shaded, that one I do lower (almost) all the time to give it that grunge look.

After that we move to Saturation which is the rectangle, which I usually bump it up one to give it a bit of color, so it doesn't look too dead and dark.

And that is it after that you save it and it appears in your library.

There you go! This is how I edit my Instagram picture, I hope you enjoyeeeeed and I hope I answered the questions that some of you have asked. Again this is just the way I edit my picture once you get the app you can use different filters or different effects. Love you all and thank you for the positive response and support.
