Cheesecake!
11:32:00 PM
Hi, today I have decided to walk you through a cheesecake receipe! YAY! And if you don't like cheesecake then.. umm I'm sorry. But for my cheesecake lover, this is probably not going to be as hard as you think.
Let's start with the ingredientes, you will need:
2 (8 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 (9 ounce) graham pie-crust
and of course for a topping I had strawberries, but if you are not a fan of strawberries you can had any other fruit of your choosing :)
Now that you have all your ingredients; preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Now that the oven is getting hot, all you going to do is beat all the ingredients together; cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
For this step to be easier, either soften the cream cheese before hand or simply do what I did,
I mixed everything except the sugar. I then put the mixing bowl in the microwave for about a minute then add the sugar and continued to mix after I had a semi liquid-like batter.
Then you pour the batter into the pie-crust!
This is the not-so-fun part which is waiting.
After you pour the batter in you will put it in the oven and bake it for 40 minutes.
BUT while you wait you can cut down the fruit you will use for the topping.
(Shout-out to my brother-in-law for cutting the strawberries for me)
*40 minutes later*
TAAAAA-DAAAAA!
(You are almost finish)
You can now decorate your cheesecake,
I kept mine simple and simply added a couple of strawberries,
Hope you liked this little food/recipe blog post. I had fun baking it and I was asked questions on how I did it, so here it is step-by-step. I used a fish-eye lens for the pictures, if you are wondering. Also a big thanks to my sister and brother-in-law for letting me use their oven :)
The cheesecake was delicious, by the way!
